Our Story
Caibo Pay was born from a simple frustration: sending money home shouldn't be complicated or expensive. As immigrants in Canada, we experienced firsthand how difficult and costly it was to send money to family in Latin America.
Traditional banks charged outrageous fees. Existing remittance services offered poor exchange rates. And the entire process felt like it was stuck in the last century. We knew there had to be a better way.
Founded in Moncton, New Brunswick, Caibo Pay is a Canadian company registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) with FINTRAC. We built our platform from the ground up to be compliant, secure, and accessible — because we believe you can move fast without cutting corners.
Today, Caibo Pay offers cross-border remittances, USD virtual accounts, and cryptocurrency trading — all from one platform. We serve customers across 15+ countries, and we're just getting started.
